COVID-19 Learning Impact Program 2022: Addressing the Impact of COVID-19 on Student Learning in North Carolina

The program is supported by a $6 million appropriation from the North Carolina General Assembly to monitor, assess and address the public health and economic impacts of COVID-19 across the State. Institutions of higher learning in North Carolina will be able to request a minimum of $150,000 and a maximum of $500,000 using tiers listed in the application instructions.

Business-Academia Partnership Program 2022: COVID-19 Public Health and Economic Impacts in North Carolina

The program is supported by a $15 million appropriation from the North Carolina General Assembly to support applied research for technology development and commercialization. Businesses partnered with an academic research group will be able to request a minimum of $300,000 and a maximum of $3,000,000 using tiers listed in the application instructions.
